Seagreen Catering was established in 2016 by chef and owner Raychel O’Keeffe based along the wild Atlantic way in the west of Clare region. It is a sister company of Keel Catering that was established in 2008 covering County Mayo region. Raychel has over 20 years of practical cooking experience, and formal training from Hotel & Culinary School Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT), and completed further culinary studies at Ballymaloe, The Cooks Academy, and the Organic Centre, Ireland. Sea Green Catering have handpicked a kitchen and service team with worldwide experience to cater for your needs and have vast experience with a portfolio of public and private events they have catered for in Ireland. Raychel also is a specialist in PR and Event Management and offers a one stop shop to organise charity events, entertainment gatherings, transport, accommodation, photographer or press publications.

Sea Green Catering typically caters for parties, weddings, communions, confirmations, christenings, kids birthday parties, anniversaries, retirements, corporate events or funeral ceremonies, we understand what it takes to make your occasion unique. We can provide theme menus offering you your favourite dishes from around the world. Or you can have the chance to try out our new product range called SeaGreen Cuisine.

Seagreen Catering offers cookery classes in the West of Clare regions.

Seagreen Catering specialises in offering food choice for people with restrictive dietary requirements. We can cater for Coeliacs, vegetarian or strict vegans, low fat or cholesterol diets, or lactose or wheat intolerant. We also have gone on to develop a range of food products called SeaGreen Cuisine which is also wheat and grain free, dairy free/lactose free, low in calories, no sugar, all natural plant-based ingredients, and contains the natural health benefits of seaweeds.
